If you've purchased a PRIORITY Service package from Home Stream, that service may be transferable once to someone else for the remainder of the annual cycle. Please be sure to effectively communicate the intent to transfer and the details of the new customer. To complete the transfer your subscription will need to be cancelled, otherwise you will be charged at the next annual cycle.

If you've purchased a PRIORITY Service package from Business Stream and would like to commence a PROJECT, you can choose to use up to 1 hr of your remaining time in the package toward the PROJECT.
